This cozy holiday home is perfect for couples seeking privacy and relaxation. Enjoy a refreshing swimming pool and a tranquil garden, shared with a maximum of 2 other guests. The living room doubles as a bedroom and includes heating, air-conditioning, and optional baby equipment. The owner prohibits visitors and/or outside guests.

The town center (3 km) offers shops, bakeries, and restaurants such as Père & Fils, La Fourmi Toquée, and La casa Moun. Nearby attractions include the Grotte Chauvet 2, Gorges de l’Ardèche, and the Jardins suspendus in Labeaume. River access is 5 km away (Rosières) and canoe/kayak rentals are available 5 km away (Balazuc).

An optional package of EUR 50,00 can be booked before arrival. It includes final cleaning, utilities, service assistance, and coverage for minor damages. Guests may also handle these services themselves if the property is left in good condition at check-out.
We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred.
Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.
