It has among others, the advantage of a south-facing terrace and a large garden with private parking for 3 cars. Nearby (- 100m) from the bus stop (free) that leads to the gondola.
The chalet is heated by the ground and convectors are installed in each room. The chalet is also equipped with a wood stove in the living room for a more cozy atmosphere.
