Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Just ok
The house was spacious and in a quiet neighborhood , and the host was responsive. We were disappointed in the cleanliness, particularly in the kitchen. There were jars of sugar on the counter full of ants, and there were used, damp cleaning rags draped on the counter and banister. We were not informed that the clothes dryer, which was listed among the amenities, was not functioning, and the hot water was also not functioning. The host did send someone to fix the hot water. We were grateful for functioning air conditioners in 3 of the bedrooms. The living spaces did not have any air conditioning, which is fine, but some fans would have been appreciated. One thing that would have been helpful, as well, would have been a list of colmados/grocery stores/restaurants with phone numbers.
