Déçue....

A notre arrivée le soir, pas de papier toilette dans les WC. La. Lumière dans le hall d'entrée et extérieur ne fonctionne pas, on est dans l'obscurité la plus complète le soir ou le matin tôt. Il restait de la vaiselle sale dans le lave vaisselle, moisi..... Il manquait un tiroir dans les meubles de cuisine. Frigo pas propre au niveau du distributeur de glace et d'eau. Et j'ai oublié ma bague en diamant sur le rebord de la baignoire, j'ai apellé l'agence vers 12h30 qui m'a dit en référer au service de ménage mais pas de nouvelles à cette heure ( 16h)... Tres bruyant au dessus. J'avais demandé à ce que l'on me confirme avoir le 2eme et dernier étage, chose faite, sauf que nous étions à l avant dernier étage. Dernier point, WC dans chambre enfant, non précisé dans l'annonce et pas de kit de bienvenue dans la cuisine, absolument rien. Je réserve avec Abritel pour toutes ces petites choses et là il n'y avait rien, très déçue....
