This authentic villa is located between vineyards and olive trees in the French Saint-Jaume. You have an incredible view over the hilly landscape and it is an excellent choice for family holidays. The area is very suitable for cycling and walking tours. The nice center of Lorgues is 4.5 km from the house and the center of nearby Draguignan (16 km) is also easily accessible. A visit to the Gorges du Verdon - Aiguines (45 km) is worthwhile. The house has been renovated but the warm character has been preserved. The air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor temperature on hot summer days and you can leave your car in the parking lot. Enjoy a good book and a glass of wine in the garden or on the terrace!

Mooi gelegen villa op groot perceel. Wel wat problemen voor slecht lopenden door losliggende terrastegels. Helaas ligt het zwembad een terrasverdieping hoger dan de villa zelf.

Joli mas provençal dans belle propriété orientée Sud avec vue splendide permettant de voir à 180 degré jusqu’aux massifs montagneux qui longent la Côte d’Azur. Les propriétaires rénovent avec beaucoup de goût et de classe cette maison typique. Les pièces sont spacieuses et tout est de qualité ( lit 1,8M + électroménager + meubles ) La piscine (9x 3,5) surplombe la maison avec vue magnifique. Elle n’est pas chauffée mais elle faisait 27 à 29 C fin juin. Pool house et transats très agréables. Excepté des hélicoptères qui survolent régulièrement la région, c’est calme et détente garantis.
