Villa not overlooked, very close to the village, fully redecorated, new furniture, new bedding, all comfort, very bright on 2500 m2, large terrace, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with bed 160x200 and 1 with 2 beds 90x190, 2 SDB, 2 toilets, swimming pool 10 x 5 tiled, Lorgues center 5 minutes by car, 20 to 30 minutes walk, 40 km from the gorges of the Verdon and Lake St. Croix, 1 hour from Marseille, Aix en Provence and NICE.

A deposit of 1000 euros will be required upon arrival at the delivery of keys. By check for French or in cash for foreigners.
Possibility to deposit the deposit by bank transfer a week before.

A beautiful villa in a very peaceful location. The villa is very well equipped and the host is very helpful. The only negative point we have is that the beds were slightly uncomfortable!The town of Lorgues is stunning and has the most amazing market on a Tuesday. We visited in August and most evenings there was some form of entertainment happening on the main street.Would definitely return. Just one word of warning, drive very slowly up the gravel drive otherwise the neighbour will come out and block your exit while shouting very aggressivley at you.

Lazing by the pool in Lorgues

Middleton family from north lancashire. Six adults and one 4 year old. Everyone enjoyed the pool. So much room both inside the house and especially outside, and such a quiet location, but only five minutes from a wonderful boulangerie and less than ten minutes to the nearest supermarket. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting peace and quiet.

Lovely villa in a quiet area with privacy . Nice and clean and equipped . You will however need to provide your own towels and an English information pack could have been useful. However this was a throughly enjoyable experience.

ProsGood locationPool was a great size and cleanPlenty of coat hangersGood storage space in the bathrooms Wardrobes good sizeConsNo information for local facilities No towels, we had to ask for towels prior. This is not made clear on the details. Only supplied a few for the bathroom, once I queried it. We had to bring our own pool towels.The light in the hallway came down when we were there, quite dangerous.Back door lock is broken, it wouldn’t always lock. Not good for security.Bed upstairs was brokenWe were woken most mornings at 7.30 by next door with a strimmer. No sharp knives in the kitchenPoor quality beddingKitchen too smallPoor water pressure in showersNo umbrellas with the sun beds, so no shade around the pool.We didn’t find it to be the most comfortable house. We’ve stayed at quite a few houses in Lorgues and this was our least favourite.

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager vos impressions sur votre séjour. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l’emplacement, la piscine ainsi que les rangements. Cela dit, plusieurs points que vous mentionnez ne nous avaient pas été signalés pendant votre séjour, ce qui est dommage car nous aurions pu intervenir rapidement (éclairage, serrure, lit…). Les serviettes ne sont pas fournies comme précisé dans l’annonce. Vous en avez reçu après nous avoir contactés, Les serviettes de piscine ne sont pas incluses. Quant à l’équipement de la cuisine et la taille des pièces, tout correspond exactement aux photos et à la description. Rien n’a été dissimulé. Le bruit du voisinage est malheureusement hors de notre contrôle, comme dans tout lieu habité. Enfin, la maison est régulièrement louée et bien notée. Nous comprenons que chacun ait ses préférences, mais votre comparaison avec d’autres logements est subjective et peu constructive. Nous regrettons que la maison ne vous ait pas autant convenu que d’autres, mais nous avons à cœur de proposer un séjour agréable, et prenons note de vos remarques utiles. Cordialement, Rosa Tuccella

Paradijsje in heerlijk Logues

Mooi huis, heerlijk zwembad. Veel privacy. Goede keuken. Inventaris helemaal compleet en van prima kwaliteit. Aardige mensen. Met twee gebruik je alleen de benedenverdieping. Slaapkamers op verdieping hebben geen airco en daar was het erg warm. Horren voor badkamerramen zou erg fijn zijn. Komen terug.

Super séjour à Lorgues

La villa et ses extérieurs sont spacieux et conformes à la description. Nous avons apprécié le calme et le confort des lieux, ainsi que la végétation florissante, qui ont rendu notre séjour très agréable.Le calme n’est troublé que par la présence de moustiques en nombre, il est donc utile de prévoir des répulsifs.Nous avons également mis un peu de temps à localiser les containers à poubelles, car ils sont répartis à différents endroits de la ville.Hormis ces détails, le séjour a été excellent. La piscine est bien entretenue et l’hôte s’est montrée réactive et arrangeante.Nous recommandons ce logement et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Heerlijk verblijf

Wij hebben enorm genoten van deze vakantie. Een kraaknet huis met zeer verzorgd en mooi zwembad. In elke slaapkamer is er airco aanwezig. Niet in de woonkamer en keuken. Maar door deuren en ramen goed dicht te houden, kan je het goed koel houden in huis. Contact met de huisbaas en contactpersoon was super. Steeds correct, behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het was echt zalig genieten.

Villa très agréable, calme et sans vis-à-vis. La maison est bien équipée et nous n'avons manqué de rien. La cuisine aussi est très bien équipée en vaisselle, ustensiles et appareils. Nous avons aussi beaucoup profité de la piscine et apprécié le fait qu'il y avait suffisamment de chaises-longues pour tous.

Falsche Angaben

Insgesamt war das Haus sehr schön und großzügig geschnitten. Allerdings gab es einige Missstände: - einen Whirlpool gibt es NICHT -der Pool war sehr ungepflegt, starker Algenbelag - die Möblierung ist nicht neu aber noch in Ordnung. Die Matratzen waren sehr hart. Die Kaffeemaschine war jedoch so verkalkt, dass wir eine neue kaufen mussten. Wasser für 2 Tassen Kaffee brauchte über 15 Minuten zum Durchlaufen. Verwaltung und Eigentümer haben sich nicht gekümmert sondern lediglich auf die italienische Kaffeekanne hin-gewiesen. Leider waren die meisten Glühbirnen defekt, abends/nachts war das sehr unangenehm. Verwaltung kümmerte sich nicht darum, da ein Wechsel der Deckenbeleuchtung ohne Leiter für uns nicht möglich war - die Gartenmöbel waren kaputt, das man sich daran verletzten konnte - die Sonnenschirmständer waren entweder völlig durchgerostet oder nur ungenügend verschraubt. Gefährlich und nicht nutzbar, da es gegen Mittag immer recht windig wurde - der Garten war recht ungepflegt. Eventuell durfte aber auch keine Bewässerung des Gartens erfolgen.

Toller und entspannter Familienurlaub in schöner Umgebung

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig und die beleuchtete Außenanlage mit Pool bietet auch Abends eine schöne Atmosphäre, um draußen zu sitzen. Die Vermieterin kümmert sich bei auftretenden Problemen und sorgt für schnelle Lösungen. Der große Wochenmarkt in Lorgues ist immer einen Besuch wert.

sehr gut ausgestattete und ruhig gelegene Villa

abgesehen vom schlechten Wetter hatten wir einen gelungenen Familienurlaub. Die Küche ist hervorragend und umfangreich ausgestattet. Auch die Betten haben uns gut gefallen. Schön sind die vielen bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich.Insgesmt hat es uns gut gefallen.

Joli maison, bonne literie. Cependant quelques petites rénovations pourraient être effectuées. Le robinet de la cuisine était cassé, la lunette des toilettes à l'étage n'est pas adapté aux toilettes, elle bouge. Et une plancha aurait été la bienvenue comme le barbecue est interdit dans la région avec les sècheresses récurrentes.

Très agréable séjour à Lorgues

Maison très bien équipée. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu profiter du barbecue, comme nous y étions en période rouge et le barbecue est à charbon. Endroit calme et sans vis-à-vis, mais un peu loin du centre ville pour y aller à pieds. La propreté de la piscine est encore à améliorer ce qui était signalée à la propriétaire et à Mme Sandrine.
