A perfect home for a family or group of people who want a comfortable accommodation close to the sea, services and many attractions in Bohuslän, but also to the entertainment city of Gothenburg. The villa's entrance floor contains a beautiful bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a small whirlpool bath for 1-2 people, a modern kitchen with a dining area and a living room with a sofa group. A bright, lovely lounge room with a dining area and sitting area where sliding doors blur the line between the indoor and outdoor environment. If you open the sliding doors, you have a large, nice terrace that goes around the entire house. Choose whether you want to follow the sun's path in the sky or sit in the shade. On the terrace there is also a lovely jacuzzi with room for 6 people. Here you can sit and enjoy your time off under a starry sky or take a cooling dip when the sun is shining. Downstairs there are two more bedrooms, one of which has a pull-out double bed (Hemnes, 160 cm wide) and the other room has two single beds that can be put together or placed separately. On the ground floor there is also another bathroom with shower and laundry room. You have approx. 2 km to Getskär's nice bathing area with a sandy beach, jetty and cliffs. Only 600 meters to a grocery store and some restaurants. Good connections by both train and express bus to Gothenburg with the well-known amusement park Liseberg, 41 km. 9 km to Stenungsund and the Stenungs Torg beautiful shopping center with about 60 shops and all other imaginable services. During the summer, several events and activities are arranged here. Excellent location for excursions in the immediate area with many charming archipelago communities and sights on Tjörn and Orust. A bit south you also have the attracting location of Marstrand - the west coast's sailing metropolis with a bustling folk life, historic buildings and royal splendor.
