This villa welcomes guests with a tree-lined garden and a large patio with a relaxation area equipped with armchairs, sun loungers and coffee table, and dining area with table and chairs. From here, a large French window leads to the open-plan living area with a beautiful stone wall, decorated with design elements and furnished with an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, ottoman, TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave.
The sleeping area consists of four rooms. The master bedroom, also graced with a stone wall, has a queen bed, cabinet doors, closet and access to the patio. The second and third bedrooms both have a queen bed, closet or hanging stand, chest of drawers, and access to a second back patio. The last room is furnished with a bunk bed, desk and closet and has access to the back patio. Three bathrooms, two with showers and one with a bathtub, complete the layout.
The villa has an additional outdoor area equipped with an outdoor Balinese shower (with hot and cold water), a long dining table, and a fireplace. The outdoor area also includes a service bathroom with a washing machine and an outdoor toilet.

Overlooking the spectacular gulf dominated by the island of Tavolara, Olbia is the main tourist destination of northern Sardinia. To accompany your meal, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, and to end it, a delicious seada with honey and a glass of homemade myrtle liqueur.
