In the heart of Tuscany, about 800 meters from the center of the small medieval village of Montaione, it is located the I Colli Farmhouse.
The olive trees, the vines and the orchard make a wonderful setting for the finely restored farmhouse, and furnished according to the characteristics of the old Tuscan farmhouses, with original period furniture. The structure, rented as a single environment of about 300 square meters, is made up of three apartments, two of which communicate with each other and one detached in a small outbuilding of about 60 sqm, all surrounded by a beautiful, partly fenced park and an exclusive swimming pool (6 x 12 m; h. min. 1.20 m. - max 1.60 m.) overflow and tiled with hydromassage tub in the corner, shower area, terracotta-paved solarium complete with furnishings such as sunbeds, umbrellas, tables, chairs and a sitting area, to spend hours of relaxation surrounded by the nature of the typical Tuscan landscape.
The old manor house is studied in detail with terracotta floors, built-in kitchens, ceramic tiled bathrooms, upholstery coordinated with the warm colors of the interiors, period furnishings; all creating relaxing atmospheres for your pleasant stay in Tuscany.
The farmhouse is ideal to be booked by families, groups of friends or for work, together with the entire large outdoor area with an entrance equipped with an automated gate and private covered parking.
The building is also equipped with an accessory basement room and green space used for children's games.
Road access to the farmhouse takes place via the entrance on Via Samminiatese, where after passing the masonry gate, you reach it by continuing for a very short stretch of access road surrounded by olive trees with a panoramic view surrounded by nature.
In front of the main building, we find an enchanting "party room", all finished in wood and surrounded by large windows, equipped with table and chairs, armchairs, wood-burning oven, barbecue and stove for cooking. The party room can be booked on request, with an extra payment to be paid directly on site.
