Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April, if required it is charged at £200 per week for both. There is an accidental damage waiver of £49 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.

Calabay Parc is a peaceful, well-kept, Davenport community approximately 20 minutes in the car from Disney World. All of Orlando’s world-class theme parks and attractions are easily reached from this community, as are a wide range of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. Florida's award-winning beaches can be reached in just over an hour.
