Luxury vacation home with bar billiards and sauna in wooded area

Luxurious detached bungalow for a cosy holiday in a wooded area. Here you’ll find everything you could want for a weekend or week away. The house features 1 bedroom on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, and 2 semi-open sleeping areas in the loft above the bar. There are 12 box-spring beds, an extra sleeper sofa, and 2 cots. All windows are equipped with screens. There’s a beautiful fireplace for a cosy evening, or you can relax in the inviting bar with a pool table, dartboard, and Wii gaming corner.

Behind the house is a lovely veranda where you can sit and relax. There’s also a sauna with a shower, as well as two bathrooms. One upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs bathroom also features a whirlpool tub.
Within walking distance, there’s a subtropical swimming pool, as well as a large swimming pond with a sandy beach, playground equipment, and tennis courts. The surrounding area is ideal for biking and hiking, and bike rentals are available. In the private garden, there’s a playground with a swing, climbing rope, and slide. There’s also a trampoline for the little ones, surrounded by a safety net.
Lochem is located in the triangle formed by Deventer (25 minutes), Hengelo (25 minutes), and Zutphen (20 minutes), on the border between the Achterhoek and Twente regions.
The property is not rented to minors. This location is not suitable for overly noisy groups or (music) parties.

For families or friends who enjoy games, we also offer the option to take advantage of a full evening’s programme at no extra cost; we have a script and all the necessary supplies ready for you. Additionally, six new bowling lanes have been built at the Brasserie (300 m).
So there’s plenty of entertainment to be had.
