An 18th century VENETIAN STILE VILLA on the west side of Lake Garda, facing the small harbour of Toscolano Maderno. The apartment is on the third floor of the main building, serviced by an elevator. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 triple, 1 bathroom with shower, separate kitchen, living room. It has a heating system and air conditioning (free of charge). Soulér 1 has free access to the house historical garden, surrounded on three sides by the lake, where tables, chairs and sun beds are available. A nice BBQ is also available in the garden. The garden has to be shared with other guests of different apartments in the same house.

Traumlage

Die kleine Wohnung unter dem Dach war nett, aber einige Reparaturen wären angebracht. Auch in punkto Sauberkeit, vor allem in der Küche, ist noch Luft nach oben. Was uns sehr gestört hat sind die Matratzen, die ständig verrutschten und sich so immer wieder eine große Kluft auftat. Der Checkin war ok, Patricia war sehr nett, hat sich viel Zeit genommen und uns alles geduldig erklärt, nur am Ende des Urlaubs war sie nicht mehr erreichbar, unsere sms liefen ins Leere. Trotz dieser Wermutstropfen geben wir dem Objekt 4 Sterne, da die Lage der Villa direkt am See und abseits vom Trubel sensationell ist und wir den schönen und gepflegten Garten in vollen Zügen genossen haben.

Ein idyllisches Fleckchen am Gardasee

Wir waren begeistert. Das Haus mit seinem besonderen Baustil hat eine besondere Atmosphäre geschaffen. Der wunderschöne Garten mit der Terrasse und dem direkten Zugang zum See lud zum Verweilen ein. Trotz der nahe gelegenen Hauptstraße haben wir den Straßenlärm nicht wahrgenommen. Vor Ort wurden wir von Patrizia betreut, die jederzeit erreichbar war, wenn Fragen auftauchten. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen .

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Toller Aufenthalt in einem Italienischen Landhaus. Sehr rustikal, leider mit wenig Tageslicht, da zu wenig Fenster verbaut sind. Ansonsten alles Top.

Everything at one single place!

Magnificient old building from the 18th century, beautiful garden right next to a tiny old and quiet harbor, simply stunning! A small and quiet private beach right at the house for a swim in the early morning. Not that much touristic traffic in that part of the town but everything can easily reached by foot. Even fly fishing in the Toscolano spring is possible above the historic paper mill up in the valleys (really lots of trouts there but rather difficult to hook 😁). We simply hat a great vacation. Thanks a lot, Patrizia and Daniele!!

Lovely spot

We loved staying at this adorable apartment. The location was quiet, beautiful and away from the crowds. The garden was a nice place to rest and the parking convenient. Nearby there was a beach and delicious restaurant. Overall, a great spot for exploring Lake Garda.
