    Casa accogliente e provvista di tutti i comfort. Ottima per famiglie con bimbi e posizione vicino alla spiaggia libera accessibile da più stradine. Possibilità anche di lidi attrezzari. I proprietari molto disponibili e persone a modo. Insomma tutto ok. Spero, se tutto va bene, di ritornarci.

    Una vacanza rilassante

    Una vacanza rilassante Peccato per il gran caldo che si è molto sentito in casa in considerazione della presenza di un unico condizionatore nella zona giorno. I ventilatori pur presenti nelle camere da letto non sono stati sufficienti per un adeguato raffrescamento. Soltanto al momento del check in abbiamo appreso che se avessimo tenuto acceso il condizionatore per molte ore al giorno il consumo eccedente dell'energia elettrica sarebbe stato a nostro carico. La pulizia dell'appartamento è risultata piuttosto approssimativa.Della piscina indicata nell' annuncio nemmeno l'ombra. Comunque comodo l' appartamento. Abbiamo apprezzato la grande quantità di biancheria da bagno e da cucina disponibile e l'acqua e le bibite fresche nel frigorifero. Utile la presenza di due lavandini nel bagno. In ottime condizioni le biciclette, da prendere in considerazione per raggiungere il centro per la spesa quotidiana. Bella la vista mare dal terrazzo. Mare pulito!

    Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso questa struttura. I proprietari, sono due persone meravigliose e super attenti ai loro ospiti, mettendo a disposizione attrezzatura per il mare e supporto di qualsiasi genere; oltre a deliziarci in occasione del ferragosto offendo un mega vassoio di paste per la colazione. Grazie mille per la piacevolissima settimana. Struttura consigliatissima!

    L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione, spazioso e completamente attrezzato. È dotato di un grande terrazzo con vista mare dove è piacevole rilassarsi. Posizione strategica per le spiagge e per i servizi. Proprietari gentilissimi discreti e disponibili per ogni esigenza. Molto consigliato.

    Groß, herzlich und schön gelegen.

    Es war durchweg positiv, die Unterkunft ist ruhig und zentral gelegen. Man kommt schnell zum Strand und hat in der Nähe Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Auto ist nötig, ausser für den Strand, der ist in 5-10 min erreicht. BASTIANO UND JANINE sind sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, haben jederzeit ein offenes Ohr für Fragen. Es ist alles da und wenn nicht einfach Fragen und BASTIANO wird eine Lösung finden. Vielen Dank Euch zwei, es war schön bei Euch und Sara fand es auch richtig schön, so viel Spielzeug und Platz zum spielen. Herzliche Grüße Sara Zoe, Bine und Martin

    Vacanze indimenticabili / unvergesslichen Urlaub

    Das Appartement ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Zimmer, Bad und Küche ist voll ausgestattet und im sauber Hygienischen Zustand. Für einen Relax an der Sonne zu liegen oder auch im Schatten zu sitzen, ob es morgens oder nachmittags ist, hast die Wahl für 2 Terrassen/ Balkon. Dazu gehört noch einen Pool mit Liegestühle zur Verfügung, für Kinder auch sehr geeignet ist. Über eigenes Fahrzeug muss man keine sorgen machen, das Haus ist rundherum abgesperrt. Eine Fernbedienung ist zur Verfügung für das öffnen des Tor. Die Haus Besitzer die im gleichen Haus wohnen sind sehr freundliche Personen und stehen immer gerne zur Verfügung für sonstige Unterstützung und Infos. Das Meer beziehungsweise der Strand liegt nur in ca.in 5 Min. zu Fuss (Auto nicht empfehlenswert) Das Appartement eignet sich für Familien oder auch für Tierfreunde mit eigene Hundebesitzer.     Een prachtig appartement, zeer gastvrije verhuurder en een geweldige omgeving aan zee.

    Alleen maar lof over het verblijf bij Casa Bahati. Een ruim en mooi appartement, waar niets ontbreekt. Een groot dakterras met ruim uitzicht en alle privacy. Voor de kinderen speelgoed voor op het strand, fietsen en veel andere geneugten. De eigenaren/verhuurders stonden altijd klaar voor alle vormen van hulp en/of uitleg, danwel aanraders in de omgeving. Kortom, een geweldig verblijf en een aanrader om daarheen te gaan.

    Bellezza Italiana...Concretezza e simpata Olandese

    Siamo stati ospiti a casa Bahati da Janine e Bastiano nelle settimane centrali di Agosto.. Che dire..le foto parlano da se: gli appartamenti sono molto belli e curati da una manutenzione sempre puntuale e rapida nell'intervenire... Quello che invece non si può vedere è l'accoglienza splendida che i due padroni di casa sanno offrire e l'attenzione nelle richieste che gli vengono fatte di volta in volta...Bastiano è un ottimo Cicerone e ha dimostrato di conoscere ed amare questa terra meglio di molti Calabresi. Janine è una presenza discreta e molto gentile. Consigliamo vivamente questa casa e i loro splendidi proprietari. Andy..Giusy..Alex e Sam

    Una piacevolissima e confortevole vacanza

    Siamo stati nell'appartamento Miranda di casa Bahati per due settimana dall'8 al 22 agosto 2015. L'appartamento è molto spazioso e confortevole e dotato di tutto quanto necessario; c'è un grande terrazzo attrezzato con sedie a sdraio e un grande tavolo coperto da un gazebo dove si può cenare al fresco in tutta comodità. L'arredamento e le suppellettili sono recenti ed in buone condizioni. L'aria condizionata è presente solo nel soggiorno (con angolo cottura) ma praticamente non l'abbiamo mai usata perchè l'appartamento è esposto su tre lati e quindi, aprendo le finestre, circolava sempre aria e non abbiamo mai sofferto il caldo. C'era comunque disponibilità di ventilatori. La casa è molto vicina al mare (cristallino). A meno di 200 metri c'è la discesa per una piccola caletta mai affollata (il 15 agosto per tutta la mattinata c'eravamo solo noi). Entro poche centinaia di metri si raggiunge la spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata. I proprietari, Bastiaan e Janine, Olandesi che però vivono a Capo Rizzuto da oltre 10 anni, sono persone squisite che ci hanno accolto con cortesia e calore e sono sempre stati disponibili a soddisfare rapidamente e completamente ogni nostra richiesta o esigenza. Sicuramente uniscono la precisione e puntualità che ci si aspetta dai nordeuropei con la gentilezza che si vuole tipica dei paesi meridionali. Abbiamo di loro un ricordo bellissimo. Il nostro soggiorno (4 adulti e una ragazza) è stato piacevolissimo e tutto era esattamente come descritto. Consigliamo a tutti di soggiornare a Casa Bahati e sicuramente ci torneremo se andremo ancora in zona.

    Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette jolie villa.L'appartement était très agréable et de tout confort. Nous n'avons manqué de rien et les propriétaires ont été au petits soins durant notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Merci à Bastian et Janine pour leur hospitalité.
