Your stay at this luxurious property includes 3 separate double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet on the ground floor and a kitchen with dining table and ample living space on the first floor.

The villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people with the option to add 2 further beds.

The living room opens out onto a spacious terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast and coffee before discovering the local area.

Additionally, there is a separate outdoor living area with a very spacious lounge and dining area overlooking the surrounding woods and swimming pool, ideal for soaking up the Italian sun during the day or relaxed socialising on summer evenings.

The pool is fully furnished with sunbeds and floating bean bags and is heated outside of the summer season.

There is also an unground large trampoline that makes not only kids but also adults entertained.
