About this property

House Lana is located right by the beach and consists four apartments with covered terraces with sea view. Each apartment have his own entrance. App 1/ App 2 (1st floor), and App3 / App 4 (ground floor) can accommodate 2 to 6 people and has a kitchen with dishwasher (dishes,glasses..), refrigerator, living room with a double bed for 2 persons, TV-SAT, WIFI, air conditioning/heating. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink and shower. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, second bedroom has two single beds. Swimming spot is directly in front of the house with the character of a private beach and it is easily accessible from the terrace. On the beach in front of the house you have chairs and umbrellas for a small fee. Parking is available in front of the house. Avaliable boat mooring.

Top Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Appartement mit viel Ruhe

Für einen erholsamen Urlaub ist dieser Ort absolut ideal. Wir waren zu dritt ( 2 Erw.1Kind ( 8 Jahre) für 14 Tage in diesem klasse Appartement. Der Ort ist sehr klein, ruhig ( Küstenstraße ist nicht zu hören). Wir hatten das Appartement im EG. direkt hinter dem Pool. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Direkt hinter dem Pool ist ein kleiner Strand (Kies,Beton) dort kann man sich auch liegen mieten. Das Wasser ist sehr sauber und ideal zum Schnorcheln. Ein Sprungbrett befindet sich auch am Strand. Der Besitzer verleiht Boote, Jetski uvm. Er war jeden Tag vor Ort und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt ( Spühlmaschine,Waschmaschine). Es ist schön groß und man hat genügend Platz. Der ideale Ort für Familien. Da in den anderen Appartements auch viele Kinder waren ,hat unser Sohn direkt Anschluss gefunden ,und die wir konnten entspannen😉.Man sollte sich vorher mit Lebensmittel eindecken da es im Ort selber nur ein winziges (teures) Geschäft gibt. In Karlobag (ca.5 Km) gibt es auch nur 3 kleine Läden, wo auch nicht alles vorhanden ist ( aber günstiger). Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag an die Vermieter : Filzgleiter unter die Stühle kleben, da es schon ziemlich laut ist wenn die Stühle verrückt werden 😉 Fazit: Ein wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub in einem tollen Appartement. Wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann nochmal wieder. Viele Grüße von Danijel und Familie aus Köln✌🏻

Super beliggenhed til rolig ferie

I vandkanten med 3 km til bageren. Suverænt sted til afslappende familie ferie - kan anbefales.

Ruhige, schöne Lage. Schöne Wohnung für ungestörte Erholung.

Bügelbrett hat ausgedient... Dusche unten schimmelig, Schneidemesser Küche defekt. Keine gute Beschreibung in der Wohnung hinsichtlich Müll, Einkaufen, Besichtigungen. Sonst passt alles.
