About this property

The Cabin at The Rocks B&B is your rural retreat, pet friendly, Belfast 20 mins

The Cabin at The Rocks B&B is a lovely bright space with an open plan living/kitchen, two bedrooms, and a shower room.

Bedroom 1 has a lovely comfortable double bed and views overlooking Black Mountain and bedroom 2 has 2 comfy single beds. Both rooms have black out blinds for a great nights sleep.

The kitchen has a 4-ring gas hob, an under-counter electric fan oven & grill, a front-loading washing machine, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a smoothie maker, and a pod coffee machine.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in a country setting with views of fields, sheep, cattle, horses, and the mountains, just 9 miles from Belfast and 6 miles from Belfast International Airport. Crumlin and Templepatrick villages are approx. 6 miles away with pubs, restaurants and shops and Antrim town (meaning 'Lone Ridge') is 7 miles away.

Antrim is on the banks of the Six Mile Water River and, on the northeast shore of Lough Neagh, here you'll find Shane's Castle and Antrim Castle
➡️ In the north of the town is one of the most perfect of the round towers of Ireland, 93 feet high and 50 feet in circumference at the base. It stands in the grounds of Steeple, where there is also the "Witches' Stone", a prehistoric monument.
➡️ There was a Castle, near the Six Mile Water, which was destroyed in a fire in 1922. All that remains is an octagonal tower.
➡️ The river allowed the linen industry to be established. The linen industry has been replaced by a Technology Park, the only one in Northern Ireland.
➡️ Antrim Market House is a 2–story building, nine bays long, three deep built in 1726. Formerly a Court House, it has recently been refurbished and is currently used as a tourist information centre and has a small theatre and café.
➡️ The Castle Grounds, that is beside the Antrim Castle.

The Cabin at The Rocks has everything you need for the perfect stay.

Please note: a car is essential as there is no public transport but there are taxis available.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Hoist could not be more welcoming and every helpful. 4 of our children came over and stayed and hoist did everything so they could all stay together. And moved things round so we all could have breakfast together as we were staying in the cabin and breakfast was not included. In fact we are looking into booking again for next year.

Lovely stay
The cabin is a nice size for 4 and comfortable. The host Catherine is lovely and so helpful. It is very isolated so very quiet but a bit far from anything... But if cosy and quiet are what you're looking for, this is the right address!

We found this cottage by accident but we’re so pleased we did. The setting in the country, attached to a lovely b&b is perfect. Surrounded be fields and farmland, it’s quiet and peaceful. Only a short drive to Antrim or Belfast. The hosts were exceptionally. From the personalised care to the home cooked cupcakes. The cottage itself is pretty , warm and certainly cozy. The most comfortable beds ever. Highly recommend the cosy cottage
