Iryna's Cottage - Peaceful Vineyard Retreat

This private cottage is set on the edge of our working Côtes de Blaye organic practice vineyard. It is also on the edge of the village, Berson, close to the local primary school and mayors office. In the village, a short stroll away, is a bakery, a small convenience store, a butchers, a pharmacy and a tabac which also serves simple refreshments like coffee and beer. There is also two tennis courts and a basketball court in the village for those who want to use some excess energy!

We are an Irish couple who dreamt of owning a vineyard and making quality produce. With some buildings on the land, craving new purpose, we decided to make them into vineyard accomodation. The perfect place to escape to and enjoy some down time.

Why they chose this property

The scenery in this area is beaautiful, with views rolling across to the Gironde River and beyond to The Medoc, from our own vineyard here in the Blaye Region.

What makes this property unique

We run our organic Côtes de Blaye Vineyard with our excellent team who are passionate and dedicated. This passion translates right through to our accomdation too. We also have our very own distillery at our sister vineyard, just a ten minute drive away, near the village of Cars. We can arrnage tours and tastings from both properties or simply come, enjoy the slower pace of life here and put your feet up with a book!
