The rugged coastline is a walker's paradise with 125 miles of footpath most of which is in an area of outstanding natural beauty. If you you enjoy birdwatching or simply enjoy breathtaking scenery why not visit the RSPB Reserve near South Stack Lighthouse. A scenic fifteen minute drive along the coast road. There is an abundance of wild life that can be spotted here and the newly refurbished cafe is a must to visit. The lighthouse can be accessed during the summer months. For something different take a trip to nearby RAF Valley. You can watch the pilots training as they take off and land the fast jets.

There are plenty of local attractions to such as The Sea Zoo, Model Village, Foel Farm Park, Pili Palas Nature World, Beaumaris Castle, Plas Newydd Country House --- to name but a few. Art centres, museums, forests, lakes, even the village with the longest name in Britain.
Anglesey has some of the most spectacular scenery in the UK. Beautiful sunsets, fabulous beaches and is reputedly the driest county in Wales. You can really get off the beaten track and chill out. With a distinctive mystique and peculiar charm all its own maybe it's why visitors return year after year.
