360 Estates welcomes you to our lovely island by offering our guests this beautiful seafront property in SLIEMA FERRIES.
When entering this beautiful property our guests are welcomed by a spacious living area with TV and comfy SOFA with access to a dining area and a fully equipped KITCHEN (For both long snd short term rentals)
Did we mention private access to a BEAUTIFUL SEAFRONT BALCONY with furniture ?
The location is second to none, with bars, convenience stores, coffee shops in front.
WIFI and Air-conditioning.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever! Equipped for both short and long term rentals.
Living area| Comfortable sofa, with a TV connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube etc) and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. Massive balcony overlooking Valletta harbour views with outdoor furniture.
Bedrooms| 3 bedrooms, 1 with a king sized bed, 1 with 2 single beds and another with a single bed. For over and above 5 guests we will provide an additional folding bed with linens and towels just like normal bed.
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.
Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms, one is accessible from the living space and features a wash/dryer and a full bath and the others are accessible from both of the bedrooms with the double bed.
NOTE: Apartment is equipped for short and long stays !

The apartment is located in the heart of Sliema Ferries pinpointed exactly on the promenade.
This area is second to none upon going out the building (if you manage to leave that terrace that is !) you will find coffee shops, bars, restaurants, shops and anything you would require or want to make your holiday experience better.
Location is second to none.
The apartment is situated in the heart of Sliema making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus.
- Also the ferry which goes to Valletta is just opposite the road.
Very important notes before booking:
1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.
2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.
3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.
4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.
5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.
6. What is included in the apartment.
- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
8. NO PETS ALLOWED.
9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.
10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
