Hi, this house is located by the sea, in the peninsula of Faro beach, integrated in the Ria Formosa Natural Park. At one side you can see the Salt river and in the other you can almost take a dip in the sea. This house, although separate, has a shared entrance with another one. The inside space is composed with 2 bedrooms, bought with sea view windows, bedroom 1 has a double bed 2 metar length living room,

The property was as advertsed, a nice two bedroom right on a beautiful beach with great sunsets. The ferry to Faro was a handy three minute walk away. It's a half hour sail with nice views. The host Mylene was very accessible and helpful. She went above and beyond what would be expected. All in all a great week. Would do it again if we get back to Portugal.

Die Unterkunft ist ein echter Tipp - ideal für alle, die einfach nur einen Strandurlaub verbringen möchten. Der Strand ist ein Traum, und das direkt vor der Haustür. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung sind absolut korrekt. Die Küche ist mit Geschirr, Utensilien und Geräten perfekt ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst freundlich und fragt immer wieder nach dem Befinden. Vielen Dank dafür. Auch erwähnenswert: nur wenige Schritte entfernt legt eine kleine Fähre ab, die einen direkt nach Faro bringt.Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Lieu idyllique directement sur la dune de Faro! Le sable et les couchés de soleil que demander de mieux pour un séjour agréable? Eh bien une hôte aimable et avenante, Mylene nous a reçu de façon courtoise et très amicale. Le logement est bien équipé avec ventilateurs pour les les nuits chaudes. Les essentiels sont présents avec un réfrigérateur de bon format pour notre famille de 4 adultes. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et les lits confortables. Le gîte est fourni avec les serviettes de plage, parasol et deux chaises de plage. Un lave linge très pratique et un BBQ à briquette de charbon n’oublier pas l’allume feu . Le voisinage est très discret. Le lieu de vie est opposé à la plage, très agréable pour les repas que nous avons tous pris à l’extérieur sous le parasol. Bien que le logement soit sur la plage de Faro vous aurez facilement accès au service et épiceries de Faro. De plus pour visiter l’Algarve c’est parfait départ par l’autoroute et retour via la côte. Bref outre le stationnement qui est certain jour plus compliqué notre séjour à fut mémorable.

Perfect spot for a truly authentic beach holiday

From start to finish Mylene was the perfect host and deserves super host status. Communication was faultless. The apartment was exactly as described and we couldn’t have asked for better recommendations for eateries and places to visit. Everything Mylene recommended was spot on. She even arranged to have a pump for my paddleboard to save me taking one. Thanks so much for a truly fabulous experience, we will be back

Lovely Beach House

Enjoyed our stay at the beach house & our host Mylene communicated really well with us.The property is in the perfect location right beside the beach,it was spacious with a modern kitchen & all mod cons also the bedrooms had double beds which were very comfortable.There was plenty of restaurants nearby which were all very good & also nearby a ferry that takes you to Faro if you want to explore the city.

Superb beach house

Wonderfully clean with fresh smelling linen , Mylene had truly thought of everything in the property , ensure to download Bolt so you can travel if run out of things to do in Faro depending how long you are there. We had few days of rain so we went out but you wouldn’t need to if sunny each day…

Amazing location and accommodation to relax

A wonderful place to escape and relax right on the beach! Fabulous host and accommodation which was very well equipped and comfortable. A little shop (limited opening) had everything we needed and there were plenty of great places to eat and drink. We will defo be going back 🙂

Just perfect!

The property has everything you could possibly need. Great to have shampoo, conditioner & body wash all supplied. Its proximity to the beach is fabulous and there’s plenty of outdoor space to relax & sunbathe. In the immediate area, it’s just a short walk one way for groceries, they stock a wide variety from bread, ham, cheese, meat, fish, vegetables to alcohol, tins & suncream. It’s an even shorter walk in the other direction to a variety of restaurants, all of which serve great food. We didn’t have a bad meal all week. There are more restaurants further away but still on Praia Do Faro, if you fancy a longer walk in the evening. It’s just a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport and we used the “Bolt” app to get our return taxi. We can very much see ourselves returning. Thanks Mylene 🤗

Uma semana maravilhosa na praia de Faro

Ficámos na casa da Mylene durante uma semana em maio, com quatro pessoas, e passámos óptimos momentos na praia de Faro. A casa é muito espaçosa, moderna e acolhedora. A cozinha está super equipada e o duche muito novo foi também um ponto alto. A Mylene foi muito simpática e prestável e esteve sempre disponível para esclarecer dúvidas. Muito obrigado mais uma vez do Viktor, da Antónia, da Helena e do Nils.
