It is located close to the local amenities which includes Sainsbury’s local supermarket (0.3 miles), Restaurants, take aways, and pub (Wheatsheaf - 0.5 miles), Nisa local with Shell fuel station (0.9miles) The property has a good connectivity to the motorway (located 2 miles from A1/M1). It is 8 miles away from the historical Cathedral city of Durham. It is located 12 miles from Darlington, 8 miles from Bishop Auckland, 6.5 miles from Newton Aycliffe, and 4.5miles from sedgefield. Grandsons birthday treat to diggerland

Had a great stay but was surprised that no protectors on mattresses. And outside bins were full when we arrived so had to leave bin in kitchen full on our departure other than that would stay again we were here for our grandson's 4th birthday to diggerland so the house was in a great location
