Self contained annexe in Ashmore Green. Quiet, rural setting but just 10 mins from Newbury (town & racecourse).

The living space is perfect for four guests with a full kitchen and an eating area overlooking the gardens and swimming pool.

There is a bedroom with a king size bed and a twin bedroom with beds that can be joined together into a super king bed.

The surrounding countryside has many walks to enjoy and picturesque, quintessential English villages with wonderful pubs to stop at for lunch.

A perfect location

We spent five very pleasant days in Cold Ash. The apartment was the starting point for us for many sightseeing tours west of London in the footsteps of Jane Austen & others and optimally located. Charlotte and family were very courteous and extremely friendly hosts. The communication was perfect and the property corresponds exactly to the description, very tastefully furnished, very good beds, everything you need for a short stay with peace and quiet in the evening. Thank you warmly and we can definitely recommend Charlotte's apartment.
