About this property

Ideally located in a peaceful part of the lively tourist Mediterranean town Crikvenica on the Adriatic coast.

"Apartment 1" is situated on the ground floor of a 2-unit property with a big garden only 5 minutes' stroll from the beach.

House consists of only 2 apartments, has private parking and it is only 200 meters from the sea. Lots of outside areas with a few terraces and a BBQ area, and because of the big garden, the house is isolated from the crowd and noise. We are a pet-friendly property.

Near the house, you can find supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. Town Crikvenica is only 2.5 kilometers from the house, easily accessible by car or walking next to the sea. You can enjoy a variety of sports activities, such as boat renting, water sports, tennis, or mini golf.

The location of the house is ideal for daily trips to national parks (Plitvica lakes, park Risnjak...) and beautiful towns (Rovinj, Opatija, Zagreb...).

Schönes zweckmäßiges Apartment

Kleine saubere Ferienwohnung ca 7 Laufminuten (Achtung Hanglage) vom Strand entfernt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Uaf der großen Terasse kann man wunderbar entspannen. Es gibt auch eine Außendusche. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man für einen kurzen Urlaub benötigt Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
