Lodole Relais

Lodole Relais is an old stone farmhouse of great charm, renovated with the highest quality finishes and materials.
A charming residence of over 200 square meters, in which everything expresses the taste of luxury and modernity, with custom-made design furnishings. Lodole Relais is located on the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines near Bologna and Florence, contextualized in enchanting natural landscapes.
It is possible to rent the farmhouse for a minimum period of 3 nights in the months of January, February, March, April, May, October, November and December. In the months of June, July, August and September the minimum rental period is 7 nights.
On the ground floor of the relais there is a large room with a suggestive suspended fireplace in the center and an area dedicated to the dining area opposite a sliding glass shelf that hides the whirlpool tub, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Also on the ground floor is the relaxation and wellness area equipped with a Turkish bath with shower, sauna and bathroom.
The upper floor has 2 spacious bedrooms, one complete with a large bathroom with tub and shower and the other with a walk-in closet. There are 4 beds available + any other 2.
Lodole Relais is surrounded by a large green area where there is also an outdoor swimming pool and is also adjacent to the Molino del Pero Golf Club.
Lodole Relais is near the Via degli Dei, the most popular hiking route in Italy, which connects Bologna to Florence crossing the entire Tuscan-Emilian Apennines in a succession of thousand-year-old forests, ridges and pieces of history of great value such as the Via Flaminia Militare, an ancient Roman road.
