Upper living room with fireplace, dining table, sofa group, TV and not least a view of the Sound and Denmark and access to a large balcony. The kitchen on the lower floor is large with a kitchen island and large dining table and has two large double doors out to the large terrace. Two refrigerators with freezers and fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all equipment imaginable. Two bathrooms with shower and a guest toilet adjacent to the two bedrooms on the entrance floor. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, drying cabinet and iron. You are welcomed by a large hall where we sometimes set up a ping pong table. Outside the kitchen there is a large terrace with large dining table and lounge sofa. The house is surrounded by a lush garden. From the house it is about 150 metres to the sea and another 150 metres to the swimming jetty. The harbour with kiosk and sandy beach is about 500 metres walk along the sea. Parking is on the street.
