The first floor has two bedrooms with single beds that can be joined to form double beds. Both rooms feature nostalgic details, including lower ceiling heights typical of the period. Please note that the staircase to the attic is fairly steep. The property sits on a private natural plot surrounded by forest, providing tranquility and space to enjoy the outdoors. A terrace, hammock, and swings create ideal spots for relaxation. Except for one neighboring house, the property is secluded and only a few hundred meters from Præstø Fjord. The fjord offers shallow, child-friendly waters perfect for swimming and playing. This idyllic home is ideal for families or couples seeking a quiet retreat in nature with a historic touch.
