Extraordinary journey!

We are kindly welcomed in a great looking apartment. Shortly after arrival we discovered vermin in the beds. We were not helped by the agency after that. No alternative place to stay was offered and that there were vermin was denied. We are disappointed in the owners service and communication. The apartment has a lot to offer, but is not recommended in our experience. I hope they fixed this problem for future guests.
