Tastefully furnished with care, our home is fully-equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. Here, your health comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning, and strategic disinfection.

The bedroom is a good size, and here you'll find a double bed fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure your comfort.
You'll also find in the property 1 bathroom, with a bathtub and an attached shower head, as well as a toilet and a basin.
We also provide fresh towels and free eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience.

Guests will have access to the entire home! Being a ground floor apartment, there are no stairs, and accessing the home is easy for seniors and the physically challenged.
My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay.
A lovely and peaceful neighbourhood, the apartment is a short walk to the River Thames, where you can catch the river boat into central London or stroll to nearby Battersea Park or the Kings Road Chelsea.
The neighbourhood is made up of many attractions including Wandsworth Common, South Park, York Gardens, Clapham Junction, Sugar Cane Bar, Falcon Clapham Junction Sw11, Bunga Bunga Battersea. It's also a safe neighborhood that is very welcoming to families with children.
The flat is located very close to the Clapham Junction train station where you can get to Victoria in 5mins or Waterloo in just over 10mins
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Please note that children are not allowed in the home. Please do not book this home if your guests include any children.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
We have partnered with Hussle, which offers one complimentary gym pass to a nearby gym per stay. You will receive information before you check in for your stay on how to access this. Please note there are no gym facilities on site and you will need to coordinate directly with Hussle on obtaining your complimentary gym pass. Terms, conditions and date restrictions may apply.
