We booked a two-person stay in mid-February 2023.
The pictures accurately represented the space, which appeared to be brand new. However, we experienced significant issues with the heating and plumbing that impacted our stay.
Despite immediately alerting the management company of the issues and requesting an early checkout and credit for our stay (so that we could find another VRBO), they were unwilling to approve the request, and we had to suffer through our paid five-night stay.
Below are the major issues encountered.
HEATING:
There was no heat in either of the bathrooms, making them uncomfortably cold at all times. The heating units in the living and bedroom spaces only heated a small zone, leaving the rest of the apartment chilly.
HOT WATER:
We could not take back-to-back showers due to hot water issues. The management company told us we had to wait a couple of hours for the tank to fill up again before taking the second shower, which was unacceptable.
Despite two technicians acknowledging the issue, no resolution was offered.
PLUMBING
Both showers did not drain, leaving us standing in stale, cold water each time we showered. While the management company acknowledged this issue, they were unwilling to resolve it.
Overall, our experience was disappointing.
I would think twice before staying here due to the significant heating and plumbing issues we encountered - and the lack of resolution by the Management Co - The Liiiving Team.
