Once at Villa Birdsong linger over alfresco meals on the panoramic patio among flowered bushes and relax at the sweet lullaby of the birds, walk through the woods of the 50 hectares estate to reconnect with nature or walk to the village and take in epic views of the rolling Tuscan hills. Carved fireplaces and terracotta floors keep it classic, books and decades of of aristocratic refinement blends with Tuscan staples and will make it unique and unforgettable. And you can get anywhere around such as Lucca (25 mins drive), Pietrasanta (15 mins drive), the Beaches of Lido di Camaiore (15 mins drive), to Cinque Terre (30 mins drive), Florence (1 hour drive), Pisa (35 mins drive) and much more.



Please note that last part of the road accessing the house is unpaved, therefore it is not recommended for sports cars or cars with very low suspensions.

We’d love to come back!

We loved our stay. We stayed with our three children (3,4&6) for a couple days and we had a fantastic time. The apartment was very beautiful and convenient and the surroundings (garden&pool) were even better. The hosts are very friendly and make you feel welcome from beginning to the end of your stay. There’s much to do in the area of Lucca and Barga and it’s very very beautiful.

Thank you for the pleasant stay.

We had a lovely stay at the villa and liked the privacy of the location, the beautiful location and beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed going on small hikes in the surrounding hills and going for dinners and coffee in Camaiore (with a car). The house is beautifully furnished, spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 2 small child and we had all expected amenities. It was also pleasantly cool and quiet at night. The communication and greeting from the host also worked well.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour !

Nous avons rarement aussi bien dormi en voyage! La nuit paisible, le réveil au magnifique chant des oiseaux... La maison nous plonge immédiatement dans une ambiance hors du temps, avec des couleurs, des illustrations, des motifs et des matières qui s'accordent à merveille. Le jardin est très bien entretenu, fleuri, agréable, entouré de grand pins et des collines... tranquillité absolue. Notre hôte a été charmante et accessible, nous guidant jusqu'à la maison lors de notre arrivée tardive (petit supplément à prévoir pour une arrivée après 21h). Le village de Camaiore à quelques minutes en voiture offre tout le nécessaire en ravitaillement, balades et restaurants. J'aurais pu vivre là encore quelques semaines pour profiter de la dolce Vita.

un lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille

La villa Birdsong est un lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille au calme. La maison est dans le style champêtre avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour confortable. La maison se trouve dans une petite forêt, grâce à cela il fait frais à l'interieur même pendant les mois d'été. Le centre ville de Camaiore est accessible à pied, et les autres lieux touristiques comme plages, Lucques et Florence sont facilement accessibles en voiture.
