De vorige 'bewoners' hadden de perculator flink laten beschimmelen. Paar maal aangegeven dat de pomp van het water loszat...niets mee gedaan. Het slot ,om in en uit je appartement te komen, vereist de nodige oefening. Super onhandig, je waant je in een 'gevangenis' :). Appartement zelf was oké.Locatie staat niet duidelijk omschreven en is zowieso lastig te vinden, ook voor de vervoerders. Uitzicht wel oké, met een klein balkonnetje
