It is a non smoking apartment but you can smoke on the balcony.
Please note you will need to pay in cash on arrival 1,5 Euro per person per day tourist tax. Late arrival and Sunday check in fees apply. You will also need to leave a 20 Euro cash deposit on arrival for the key. You will get this back when you return the key on departure.
Parking is available on the parking lot in front of the building.
