Lily Bank House

Lily Bank House is a beautiful modern home in a new residential development 2.5 miles from Inverness City Centre. The house is fully equipped to cater for family breaks; with a cosy living room, kitchen (no dishwasher), 3 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. We have driveway parking.

Built in 2018, Lily Bank House is a modern, warm family home with everything you need to have a perfect base for your Highland adventures. The house is bright, fresh and comfortable and has a lovely homely feel.

This home is on an incredibly quiet residential street, it is not suitable for large groups, noisy groups (including noise from children) or groups that are likely to be arriving late at night. The garden should not be used after 8pm at night and you should be mindful of keeping noise in the garden to a minimum throughout the day.

Well behaved dogs are welcome, however they should not be left unaccompanied. Please note that the garden is not enclosed.

Industrial vehicles are not permitted to park in the driveway or street.

There are exterior security cameras at the property.
