Stunning view

Flat is OK, check-in and check-out only half-comfortable as you have to get / turn back the key at 1 km distance. A solution close to the building would be nice. Stunning view. Furniture basic / without much love.

Surveillance camera 'INSIDE' the property

Myself and my husband rented what we thought was a very nicely appointed flat from VRBO/City Relay for four nights. I say ‘thought’ because it took till the second day for us to realise with horror that there was a ceiling mounted surveillance camera in the central living area. This camera, not only could record video and sound within the total living area, it also has a line of view to the master bed. We reached out, twice to the rental agency, once directly and once through VRBO and we got no response both time. We believed that such invasions of privacy needed to be disclosed before rental and we certainly would not have rented the apartment had we known. A camera with sound directly to the our work/living area and into the bedroom is unacceptable! Beware!

Better then expected

The location was a10/10. It was like described, we felt really comfortable and everything was clean. For the check-in we had to grab the key at a whole other spot 15 min away, for people who aren’t from London and arrived late it wasn’t the best thing.
