The Blue Island Loft

The Blue Island Loft studio is located in the Aiguadolç area of Sitges, very close to the beach.

It is located on the ground floor and has an area of 30 m2, it has an open kitchen with a dining/living room, which in turn serves as a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

The studio has access to a communal pool and gardens for the exclusive use of our guests. The studio is equipped with air conditioning and free WIFI internet.

The kitchen is open to the living room and is equipped to prepare any meal. The bathroom has a shower.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)

- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Exactly What Was Needed

The unit was exactly as advertised, studio/junior one bedroom with kitchenette, refridgerator, bathroom and washing machine. AC functioned well, pool was a great ammeneity, check-in was a breeze and they even helped retrieve a medicine bag from the freezer after I had checked out. The property is an easy 10-15 minute walk to downtown Sitges, maybe 3 minutes to Balmins Beach, and about a 15 minute round-trip walk to the local Carrefour Market. It's a perfect space if you want the convenience to Sitges nightlife but also want some restful sleep when you don't stay out too late. If I had to give it a ding, there's not a place to grab a quick morning coffee nearby-there is a coffee/espresso machine in the unit, but it requires pods and I never bothered to purchase any. Great space for singlen travelers.
