About this property
The Barn at Ivy House Farm, Warslow, Peak District
Warm, contemporary, family-run, self-catering holiday accommodation. The perfect base for a relaxing break or an activity-based holiday in the Peak District National Park.
Lovely beamed, open-plan area (sitting, dining and kitchen) with log burner to socialize and catch up with friends/family. Two double bedrooms (king beds) with en-suites; one twin room and a family bathroom.
Quiet gravelled drive with space to sit outside (see photos). NB outdoor furniture is available from April to October only. Parking for 3 cars.
The barn overlooks the beautiful Manifold Valley, which used to have a railway line running through it, but it now a lovely track for walking and cycling. You can walk directly from the barn on a multitude of public footpaths. Do visit Thor's cave if you are able.
The space
The barn is wholly for your use, but we are next door on the main house if needed
Guest access
You access the whole barn via your own entrance
Other things to note
No parties please - quiet time from midnight to 7am; please respect residents of the main farmhouse
The sofas are not sofa beds and should not be slept on
There is parking for three cars only
No EV charging on site; however, we can advise on nearby charging stations
While we accept children under 2 years, some guests report that sound from the open plan area may transfer to sleeping areas and keep them awake.
