Classy and refined family home, second floor with lift, which overlooks a beautiful typical venetian garden on Canal Grande, it has a master bedroom with king bed and a double bedroom with twin beds, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub, a small but very well equipped kitchenette and a large living room with dining table and a large sofa which is a comfortable double sofa bed as well.
Wifi, air conditioning, tv will make your stay enjoyable and relaxing...

The area is very quiet and relaxing as it is a bit out of tourist crowd but it is convenient and strategic as well, being almost in the exact geometric center of the city heart, 10 minutes walking from Rialto and abt 15 from San Marco, but you will find a number of amazing attraction closeby as well, i.e. Frari's church, Scuola Grande di San Rocco, Ca' Pesaro museum.

Stunning property in perfect location

Large, beautiful apartment overlooking large gardens. Many cafes, eateries and a supermarket in nearby campo. Many streets and laneways to explore nearby. Campo was a delight to sit in in the evening.
