The furnishings are antique and contemporary: design lamps (Artemide, Leucos, Nemo, Vistosi, Barovier e Toso) match with seventeenth-century furniture and Asian and African textiles. But the playful aspect is also not forgotten: in the main living room there is a gaming table with dames, chess and backgammon. A small library on Venice and art books in different languages gladden moments of relaxation. On the walls, modern and contemporary artworks, Japanese prints, Cesare Vecellio's and Italian seventeenth century engravings, Chinese, Berber and Anatolian carpets. The cushions are produced with ikat fabrics from Uzbekistan, as well as some suzani textiles.

"Cà Bernardi" means "home of Bernardi", a wealthy XVth century Venetian family from Giudecca, which dealt with the sale of colors and pigments.
The trace of the fresco on external entrance wall seems to depict San Rocco, a beloved one in Venice, protector against epidemics.
A nice message and a good omen for your Venetian home! Welcome!
