A real venetian house! It's located at the second floor of Cà d'Asfalto, a venetian palace of '800. There is a wonderful view on the Cannaregio canal.
It's very bright, cozy and silent, and it's located in the heart of the most caratheristic place in the city. Very close to the railway station (only 5 minutes) and the vaporetto boarding (100mt). It's composed of: living room, kitchen/dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Air Conditioned in each bedroom and living room. WiFi. NO ELEVATOR

Perfect spot for our group! Gorgeous location on the canal, vaporetto stop just a few steps away, several restaurants within a short distance. The rooms were generously sized, two full bathrooms with modern fixtures. Honestly, can’t think of a thing to improve upon. Easy check-in and communication with the owners. Would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is beautiful, clean and safe. We loved the location, so accessible to everything. The host was lovely, snacks set out for us upon arrival. The showers worked beautifully, the beds were very comfortable and also had luggage storage available for our last day in checkout. My favourite part was sitting out on the balcony with my morning coffee.

Dreamy beautiful location so quiet and peaceful. The home was spotless and comfortable with everything we needed. We changed our itinerary to stay within the availability and it did not disappoint! Rita our host met us and was delightful and very helpful. The accommodation was very clean and it had everything you could need in the kitchen with coffee and breakfast items left for us. It is in a really good location, close to some amazing restaurants and within walking distance of the Rialto bridge. Very Venetian feel and the balcony was an amazing place to watch everything going on up and down the canal. Would recommend this place to stay!

We had such a great experience! Rita met us at the apartment soon after we arrived by water taxi. We highly recommend paying the extra for a private water taxi. The apartment was exactly as shown and the location was perfect. We easily walked everywhere. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Nice bathrooms. We loved staying there. We sincerely appreciated the flexibility on check in and check out. It made all of the difference. Thank you!

As always a great stay in Venice. This was our second time and we really enjoyed the balcony on the canal, great local restaurants nearby. Location, location, location!The apartment is on a major canal with a balcony in a nice neighborhood and away from the crowds. There is a vaporetto stop very close by which is convenient. We ended up walking to all the sites since everything was fairly close. Cafes and restaurants are steps from the front door. Started most morning with a cappuccino at the nearby cafe. Grocery stores are a short walk. Our host, Rita, was friendly and so helpful. She arranged for a water taxi to pick us up at the front door in the early hours of the morning to take us to the airport. That’s excellent service!The apartment is beautiful and has everything you would need. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths accommodated our party of 5 adults for our 5 night stay. The balcony has a lovely view of the canal. Definitely a positive experience!

The home is beautiful. It’s comfortable and it felt like home. The host was very accommodating and attentive to the smallest details/amenities. The home is at a great location, quiet street and near the train station and water transportation options. Perfect location

the place was clean and in excellent condition. It is located next to a water taxi stop making it convenient for all travel. Rita and Mateo we so helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. they were always ready to answer any question we may have had. I would absolutely recommend their acommodation when staying in Venice
