This 30m2 T2 is located on the 9th and last floor, with elevator, of an Art Deco building facing the Catalans beach. Completely renovated, very quiet, overlooking the courtyard with an interview on the sea from the room and on Notre Dame de la Garde from the bedroom.

Its capacity is 4 people with an independent bedroom equipped with a 160*200 bed + 1 convertible 2-seater sofa located in the room (with 2 individual mattresses of 80*200). The bedding is new.

Because we consider that the role of our concierges is essential to the smooth running of your stay, we ask you to communicate as best as possible with them.
Out of respect for our concierges, it is essential to notify us as soon as possible in the event of a delay or unforeseen event: if this happens, we can adapt! :)
However, due to abuse, we reserve the right to apply a fee of €20 in the event of unreasonable delay (delay greater than 30 minutes) not communicated which must be paid in cash directly to the person who will welcome when you arrive.
If it is a late arrival after 8:00 p.m. you will be asked for a supplement: 20€ after 8:00 p.m., 40€ after 10:00 p.m. and 60€ after midnight.
