Moreover, it is just 4 minutes away from the beach, making it an ideal location for your stay.

Inside, you'll find an inviting open floor plan. The living room boasts a convertible sofa bed and a dining table accommodating four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cookware and cutlery you'll need to prepare delicious meals, complete with a stove, oven, and microwave.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The bathroom is stocked with all the necessary amenities, providing clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Marseille, the second-largest city in France, offers you a Mediterranean climate throughout the year. Upon your arrival from Saint-Charles train station, you'll catch sight of the Notre Dame de la Garde Basilica, also known as the "Good Mother." You'll also be able to fully appreciate the grandeur of the Palais Longchamp in the 4th arrondissement. Don't miss a stroll through the Panier district, Marseille's oldest neighborhood, where you can meet local merchants and artisans. Nature lovers will greatly enjoy the Pharo Palace Park. For the more adventurous, you can venture out to sea by taking a boat to l'Estaque or the Frioul Islands.

And of course, don't hesitate to savor the local specialties like the famous Marseille navette. If you're lucky enough to be there on the day of the Assumption Feast, you'll even have the opportunity to witness the Virgin's procession through the streets of the Panier, a tradition dating back to 1807!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Different bus stops are just nearby.

Marseille Provence Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
