Located on the 2nd floor without elevator it is ready to receive 3 people. It is ideally located at 13 min walk from the Old Port, 550 m from the Petits Trains de Marseille.

## Emplacement
The 2nd district covers the oldest part of Marseilles, at the North of the Vieux Port (Old Harbour), also with the Panier district. This historical neighbourhood hosts the Grands Carmes City Hall. The various restaurants and grocery stores, the pedestrian streets and the colourful buildings give a typical feeling of this place, attracting the tourists. This district represents the past and the present of Marseille, between history and great atmosphere thanks to the South Docks, the theaters, exhibitions and meeting places.
