This charming 30m2 studio is nestled in the heart of the Panier in the 2ᵉ arrondissement, on the 2ᵉ floor (no elevator), and ready to accommodate 2 people.
Ideally located and very quiet, overlooking a small square with trees, you can only love its comfort, its location close to the city center and a stone's throw from the tourist sites. The accommodation is less than 15 minutes walk from the train station, but the change of scenery and the seaside atmosphere are guaranteed.

Located in the heart of Marseille's Panier district, the studio is modern and warm, well appointed and perfectly suited for a romantic getaway!
The living room is composed of a sleeping area with a sofa bed, a dining area that can also be used as an office and a fully equipped kitchen. The studio, which has been refurbished, also has a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine, and is air-conditioned.
To ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible, you will have at your disposal coffee machine; kettle; oven; microwave; television; washing machine; iron; hair dryer; heating; refrigerator; Wi-Fi; bed linen & towels; air conditioning.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each occupancy of the apartment.
The apartment is ideally located, only 10 minutes walk from the city center and very close to various tourist sites such as the Vieille Charité Center at 2 min, the Porte d'Aix at 8 min, the Cathedral la Major at 9 min, the Museum of History of the City of Marseille at 11 min, the Mucem at 12 min, and many others.
You will be very well served by public transportation (subways, buses, streetcars and ferries) to stroll around the city and its surroundings, to see the islands, the creeks or the southern beaches!
Bars, restaurants and shops are nearby. For your small shopping, you will find a Monoprix at 3 minutes walk.

## Emplacement
The 2nd district covers the oldest part of Marseilles, at the North of the Vieux Port (Old Harbour), also with the Panier district. This historical neighbourhood hosts the Grands Carmes City Hall. The various restaurants and grocery stores, the pedestrian streets and the colourful buildings give a typical feeling of this place, attracting the tourists. This district represents the past and the present of Marseille, between history and great atmosphere thanks to the South Docks, the theaters, exhibitions and meeting places.
