Situated in the paddock in front of the farm house, facilities for the 'Cwtch are in the adjacent shed.
The kitchen has a sink, fridge, hotplate and microwave with grill. The bathroom has a shower.

Access to the farm is via a drive which sweeps up from Cwmbach to a position of elevated tranquillity. Behind the farm is a four acre broadleaf wood and open fields which border the ‘nant’ (stream) which supplies our water.
Guests are able to enjoy this private wood which has direct access to the upland areas behind the farm which is classified “open country”.
The stone cottages and studios have flagstones and floorboards which have underfloor heating.
The Shepherds Hut has an electric convector heater
All properties have fresh linen, a modern bathroom, sink, microwave, hairdryer, television, wifi, kettle, toaster. All except Gwyn has e woodburner: we charge £5 per night including logs.
Melyn and Arian cottages have a full kitchen with cooker and dishwasher and are on two floors.
Gwyn, our ground floor studio, is disabled friendly.

Wonderful little hut with wonderful view

It’s our second time staying at the Shepherds Hut. There were 2 small huts including a bedroom and a separate kitchen and shower hut. It’s a step up from camping and had all the bits provided that we needed.

Beautiful location and very clean accomodation

Loved the location, lovely fenced in area for our dog, everything compact but well thought out and comfortable and very clean! Perfect for two people with a dog! The only tiny thing that I felt could have been improved was the bed feels slightly sloped when you are lying in it, appreciate the shepherds hut may not be on a totally flat land but perhaps there is a way to raise the bed just sightly on one side? Loved it though and thank you!
