Bungalow Alexia: A recently renovated bungalow within 250 meters from the Beach

To anyone reading this review, David is an elderly client who lacks familiarity with modern technology such as smartphones, which significantly impacted the aspects highlightened as "negatives" in this review. As with all our clients, we provide all the necessary and most importantly CORRECT information (ie property address, location link, GPS coordinates) two weeks prior the guest arrival via VRBO and it has not been different in David’s case. The photo images of the map with navigation arrows have been additionally sent after David’s inability to use the GPS coordinates. David has also received navigational phone assistance from our representative at 2:00am, showcasing our commitment to round-the-clock support. During our clients’ stay, the communication is kept with the use of the specifically created whats app groups, but as David doesn't use a smartphone, this wasn't feasible. Hence, several tries have been made to reach the contact via the mobile phone and VRBO chat. Both were unsuccessful as: 1) David’s phone was on “answerphone mode”. 2) David has access to VRBO only via the laptop which has not been taken to Cyprus in accordance to his latest message (which was sent 2 hours after submitting this review). After several attempts, the company’s representative was sent to clear the situation. Notably, David didn't inform us beforehand of his VRBO access limitations. A client was also informed on the separate electricity payment and a rate at which the electricity is calculated. Regarding payment, our policy entails two installments: a 40% deposit to reserve the property and a 60% balance due two weeks before arrival, with VRBO automatically generating a payment request. David was the first client to miss this second installment, discovered only after he had already checked in. Additionally, despite our 11:00 am checkout policy, we accommodated David's later departure. Ultimately, the discrepancy between the written review and the 5-star rating represents client’s acknowledgement that our company and service isn't at fault. Best regards, Mathew Kuzmin
