With a mid-century flair and chic industrial-influence decor, this 72 sqm flat has enough space to accommodate a group of four comfortably. My home has a big open space in the living area, fitted with a stylish lounge area to relax and entertain yourselves after a long day. There's even a smart TV for you to enjoy and stream all your favourite shows and videos online.

The dining area is equally chic, with comfortable seating and a large dining table to have a small feast. Next to it is the kitchen, all kitted out with the essentials to handle some cooking or reheating leftovers; make yourself a cup of tea or coffee we provided for your own personal usage. There's a washer/dryer and dishwasher for added convenience!

One bedroom has a private ensuite and a queen-size bed with large windows and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed and is equally well-appointed with large windows and a built-in wardrobe. Both beds are fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and sink.

Fresh towels and toiletries are provided at no extra cost. Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Guests have access on the ground floor to be right on the canal and on Homerton road, a hop and skip away from everything in East London.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

In Homerton, in the heart of Hackney. Diverse neighbourhood, only a ten-minute walk to Chatsworth road with access to lots of restaurants and shops to explore. The flat is right on the canal and steps away from Mabley Green and the wonderful Hackney Marshes.

Homerton Overground is a 14-minute walk away. In front of flat access to many buses (W16, 276, 236) to take you across Hackney and other parts of East London.

Services like UBER and Addison Lee are available for private hire in London.

London Heathrow is 1 hour away by car via the M25.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
