Casa Playa Del Angel - 2 Bed on New Golden Mile

A lovingly designed 2-bed, 2-bath apartment with wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea, sat beachside on the New Golden Mile!

This bright and cozy apartment features pretty artwork and stylish yet minimalist furnishings, creating the perfect stay for your holidays.

The open-plan living/dining area leads to the terrace with an outdoor lounge and dining area where you can enjoy the serene views over the communal gardens and the sea.

There is an indoor dining table that seats 6 and in the living area, a Smart TV. The fully equipped corner kitchen sits snugly by the entrance.

The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, direct access to the terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The second bedroom has twin beds. There is a second bathroom with a shower and lovely wooden fittings.

There is a dedicated parking spot in the secure garage of the urbanization and the home has aircon and Wi-Fi throughout. There is also a communal gym and spa area (open all year round).

The complex is superb, with some great features including plenty of communal space, fountains, gardens and benches, a children´s playground, a swimming pool, and a kiddies pool. Please note the swimming pools are open from late May to the end of September.

The complex is perfectly located and all amenities including restaurants, bars, cafes, and supermarkets are within walking distance.
Easy access to the A7 highway in directions towards Marbella/Puerto Banus as well as Estepona being a short 5 minutes’ drive away.
Casa Playa Del Angel is the perfect retreat for holidays with your family.

Please note that we welcome families and couples only, no groups under 30, and no hen or stag parties. Should you fall outside of this category but wish to book nonetheless, please send us an enquiry detailing a bit more about yourself and the group that you will be travelling with so we can request this for you.

Quality apartment in a great location.
The property is fantastic. Spacious, super clean with quality fixtures + fittings and comfortable beds. Situated in lovely peaceful well maintained grounds with an allocated underground parking space. I can not fault the appartment itself at all. It is just a brief 10 minute walk in to Estepona along a lovely costal path, close enough to access the beach and an amazing selection of restraunts. A couple of things for families to consider. 1, the communial pool area is fantastic, spacious and clean with life guards on duty all day. There are however no sunbeds to use around the pool and they have a policy of no drinks or food/snacks are allowed to be consumed around the pool area, which is a bit of a pain for families if sitting there all day. Lifeguard came and asked me to stop eating a bag of crisps even. 2, the local beaches within walking distance are not that suitable for young families. Sandy beaches but rockey/stoney entrances to the water make it not somehwere youngsters can paddle about in. Also the sunbeds you hire are owned by the restraunts, and they insist again that you do not consume anything there you havent bought from their restraunt. Not even allowed to take your own water. So can get expensive for families there all day. Amazing apartment with lovely 180 sea views from the balcony. Despite my 2 concerns (which I appreciate are not anything within the control of the appartment itself, but worth knowing) we would definitely go back.
