This beautiful modern villa is perfect for a larger family or group of friends because it offers the great amount of space and comfort, while the stunning view of the Adriatic is a charming bonus. It sports 5 spacious bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 children. The attic is specially designed as a small playroom for children. Every window of this magnificent property offers an amazing sea view, and we promise you will never get enough of that beautiful smell of sea in the summer. There is a private pool with heating and massage possibilities, while the outdoor area has garden furniture and children’s playground – everything essential for relaxing and fun vacation.

The villa resides in Mošćenička Draga, right next to the beach and close to the beautiful Opatija riviera. You will fall in love with the amazing pebbly beach Sipar and its charming marina. Rijeka, the third largest city in Croatia, is just 30 km away from the villa.

Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen.

Die Villa Salvia ist ein Traum. Liebevoll eingerichtete Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer, eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche, ein wunderbares Indoor-Schwimmbad. Dazu ein herrlicher Blick auf’s Meer. Das Ufer ist über wenige Treppenstufen erreicht. Von dort kann man in weniger als einer Viertelstunde auf einem schönen Promenadenweg nach Mošćenička Draga laufen. Bis zu vier Autos werden auf dem mit einem Automatiktor abgeschlossenem Hof direkt am Haus geparkt. Das Ein- und Auschecken war absolut unkompliziert. Arianna ist sehr nett, immer erreichbar und hat eine Menge Tipps und Empfehlungen. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen.
