The location is excellent, with all amenities—including various restaurants, shopping, and beaches—within a short walking distance (10–15 minutes).

The Accommodation
The house is ideal for two families and, thanks to its layout, can accommodate up to 8 people who can expect something truly special.

In addition to the beautiful private pool area overlooking the Adriatic Sea, our house features two gorgeous, spacious terraces on the ground floor and second floor, as well as a balcony on the ground floor. From each terrace, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire Kvarner Bay.

On the terraces and in the pool area, you’ll find a dining area, lounge chairs, and some beautiful lounge furniture to enjoy the view and the sun, as well as a solar-powered shower.

Internet access in the house is also included in the price, so nothing stands in the way of a “workation.”

There are 2 private parking spaces right next to the house.

Additional important information
Bedding and towels are included in the price. Utility costs are also included in the price.

A comfortable baby cot, including a pillow, blanket, and sheet, as well as a high chair, are also available.

Up to one pet is allowed.

Upon request, a cleaning service (for a fee) can be provided once a week!

Final cleaning is included in the price.

The pool is cleaned once a week.
