If you are looking for a relaxing vacation away from the city crowds, Villa Niazi is the perfect choice for you! The charmingly furnished and designed villa with pool has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. On the first floor of the villa you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining table, a living room with a fireplace and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa from which you can enjoy a wonderful sea view, ideal for movie nights with family or friends, a small table and a large TV. The patio door in the living room offers a breathtaking view of the pool and the beautiful landscape. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One room has access to the balcony. In the outdoor area of the villa on the terrace there is a table with 10 chairs where you can serve a delicious meal prepared on the available charcoal barbecue. There is also garden furniture where you can relax with a cold drink after a long day of fun. Refresh yourself in the pool by the terrace or relax on the sun loungers. Sunbathing on the sun loungers will round off your day. Villa Niazi is ideal for a nice vacation with family or friends and will delight you with its peaceful and beautiful surroundings.Villa Niazi is located in the small village of Moscenicka Draga, not far from Opatija. Once a small fishing village, today a popular tourist destination.

It is said that Moscenicka Draga was created at the point where the Ucka mountain plunges into the sea. It is precisely this location that has given the town a romantic image that continues to this day. The popularity of Moscenicka Draga is also reflected in the fact that noblemen from Opatija came here on romantic dates with their chosen ones. The beautiful Lungomare promenade is ideal for evening strolls with the sound of the sea followed by a magnificent sunset.

Of course, beaches and clear sea are a must for a perfect summer vacation. According to many, Moscenicka Draga is home to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic, Sipar. Go to the beach, choose your spot under the sun and enjoy the sea and all the pleasures it offers. The beaches of Uboka and Jelenscica are located outside the town, but are definitely worth a visit.

Wir hatten einen super lustigen spontanen Abend mit dem Hausbesitzer bei Wein und schönen Gesprächen . Gerne wieder 😉Aber am schönsten war die Aussicht ,bei Sonnenaufgang wach werden , 10 Punkte ☀️🤗Vielen Dank das wir so ein schönes Haus bewohnen durften . Ausserdem nicht zu vergessen der nette Empfang von Ivica und seiner Frau . Es hat alles gestimmt . Vielen Dank 🙏🏼

Wir waren zum zweiten mal (10.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal (10.06. bis 24.06.23) in der Villa Niazi und sind gleich mal bei Ivica, der ja unweit der Villa wohnt, zum Begrüßungstrunk vorbeigefahren. Natürlich war das Wiedersehen wieder herzlich und Ivica gab uns gleich mehrere Flaschen von seinem selbstgemachten Olivenöl und Schnaps mit. Der Zustand der Villa war natürlich wieder TOP! War auch nicht´s anderes zu erwarten, sodass wir nach unserer Heimankunft für nächstes Jahr im Juni 2024 wieder buchen wollten, allerdings stand die Villa für einen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt nicht mehr zur Verfügung. Vielleicht klappt es ja ein anderes mal wieder. Beste Wünsche auch an Zvonimir.

Traumhafte Villa, luxuriös eingerichtet mit einem traumhaftem Blick über die Bucht. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles top sauber und der Verwalter hat uns persönlich begrüßt und eingewiesen. Auch der sehr freundliche und sehr sympatische Besitzer stattete uns einen Besuch ab, um zu fragen ob alles in Ordnung war. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Haus ist einfach traumhaft, denn die Alleinlage und der grandiose Panoramablick auf das Meer sind einzigartig. Das Haus selbst ist bestens und hochwertig ausgestattet. So fanden wir ein top sauberes Haus vor und nach einer Woche wurde geputzt und die Bettwäsche sowie die Handtücher gewechselt. Die persönliche Betreuung durch den Besitzer und dessen Verwalter war herzlich, zugewandt und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa a Villa Niazi. Ci ha colpito soprattutto il panorama unico, che non ti stanchi mai di ammirare. La casa è davvero spaziosa, ottimamente arredata con gusto e classe, ricca di particolari e dotata di ogni comfort. Il signor Ivica che ci ha accolto e che ci ha con premura assistito in ogni necessità è stato davvero gentile, così come il proprietario Signor Zvonimir col quale abbiamo piacevolmente chiacchierato in più di una occasione. Ci ha inoltre organizzato una splendida giornata con una barca privata, nella quale abbiamo visitato l’isola di Cres, diverse calette e spiagge raggiungibili solo dal mare, e un paio di paesi. Dalla villa in pochi minuti si raggiungono negozi, locali, ristoranti e il mare, ma è poi sempre meraviglioso ritornare nella assoluta tranquillità di questa casa che abbiamo sentito come nostra! We spent a wonderful week at Villa Niazi. Above all, we were struck by the unique panorama, which you never get tired of admiring. The house is really spacious, excellently furnished with taste and class, full of details and equipped with every comfort. Mr. Ivica who welcomed us and who kindly assisted us in every need was really kind, as was the owner Mr. Zvonimir with whom we pleasantly chatted on more than one occasion. He also organized a wonderful day with a private boat, in which we visited the island of Cres, several coves and beaches accessible only by sea, and a couple of villages. From the villa you can reach shops, clubs, restaurants and the sea in a few minutes, but it is always wonderful to return to the absolute tranquility of this house that we have felt like ours!

Wir waren Ende Juni in dieser traumhaften Villa. Exclusiv eingerichtet, Moderne Küche mit entsprechenden Küchengeräten. Nette Einführung des Verwalters. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird sie hier finden! Wir waren begeistert von der tollen Aussicht und der Ruhe! Vom Pool aus, aufs Meer schauen und geniessen! Viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Pool angenehm warm mit Gegenstromanlage und Massagedüsen! Die Zimmer waren edel ausgestattet. Das Haus hat wirklich einen ganz besonderen Flair! Einzig die Anfahrt ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Mit unserem 9-Sitzer-Bus war das gerade noch so möglich durch die Häuser in Richtung der Villa am Hang zu gelangen! Wir waren jedesmal froh wenn KEIN Gegenverkehr kam :-) Wir geben für das Haus, das Ambiente, die Ausstattung und den Ruhefaktor dennoch definitiv die volle Punktzahl! Vielen Dank für Alles!
